SimpliSafe is a disruptor. They turned the home security market on its head with their DIY (do it yourself) solution initially designed for renters in 2009.

They approached Full Nelsen in 2021 to help address the numerous UX problems that were piling up over the years, bluesky some new opportunities, and help make a strategic design hire.
